HEARTS OF PALM CEVICHE
Ingredients:
14 ounces of Tsabó Hearts of Palm (1 can) 6 medium oranges 2 medium lemons ½ cup of onions ½ cup of tomato paste ½ cup of Ketchup 2 teaspoons of oil ½ teaspoons of hot sauce ½ teaspoons of parsley ½ teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce ¼ teaspoons of mustard
Preparation:
Cut the Tsabó® Hearts of Palm into rings of 1 cm and place them in a dish. Squeeze the oranges and lemons, and marinate the hearts of palm with the juices. Add chopped onion rings and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and allow to rest in a refrigerator for an hour. Serve cold. Serves 3 portions.
