FINGER GELATIN TREATS
Ingredients:
• 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin • 5 cups cold water • 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) fruit-flavored gelatin (any flavor) • 1 cup sugar • 1 can Fruit Cocktail, drained
Preparation:
1. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 2 cups cold water. Set aside. 2. Combine fruit-flavored gelatin, sugar and 2 cups cold water in medium-sized saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Mix in the dissolved unflavored gelatin and 1 cup of cold water. 4. Pour into 13x9-inch glass baking dish. Spoon fruit evenly into gelatin. Chill 4 hours. 5. Cut into 1-inch squares before serving.
