Export Logistics and Customer Service
Our customers can count on our personalized service for the preparation of documents for every shipment. Once the Pro Forma Invoice is signed, we keep our customers informed about the status of their order. The same day the product is shipped in the container at our Industrial Plant, our logistics personnel sends notification of the shipment with all the essential data (approximate departure date, container number, seal, ship, voyage, number of packages, net weight, gross weight and FOB value). This information will allow our customers to start the import process even before the container leaves Ecuador.
One week after the ship's departure date, all the original documents are sent to the customer via courier. Simultaneously, a shipping document with the exact departure date, a copy of the commercial invoice and a copy of the Bill of Landing is sent via fax or e-mail, so the customer knows when to expect the product.
For the transportation of our hearts of palm, we use dry, 20-foot containers. We can ship in full container loads (FCL/FCL) or with consolidated cargo (LCL/FCL). We can also negotiate convenient freight rates with the major shipping lines we work with, like Maersk Sealand, CSAV, P&O Nedlloyd, and Hapag Lloyd, just to mention a few.
